  • Visa & Immigration Management: Manage end-to-end visa applications (work, business, student) and renewals, ensuring adherence to diverse country laws.

  • Compliance & Policy: Stay updated on evolving immigration regulations, update company policies, and train staff on requirements.

  • Support & Guidance: Advise employees or clients on visa types, documentation, deadlines, and complex issues.

  • Coordination: Liaise with government agencies, consulates, embassies, legal advisors, and internal teams (HR, Legal, etc.).

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and databases.

  • Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic insights on international mobility and talent management.
