We are hiring International Voice Process Executives for a global customer support process. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, customer-focused, and comfortable handling international clients over voice calls during US shift hours.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support while maintaining
professionalism, accuracy, and empathy in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls professionally.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions or information.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Maintain proper call documentation and records as per process guidelines.
Adhere to defined quality, compliance, and performance standards.
Work collaboratively with team leads and peers to improve service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (verbal mandatory).
Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in an international voice process is preferred.
Ability to work confidently in US night shifts.
Willingness to work from office at Vadodara location.
