Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:
1 – 3 years of prior experience in courier, cargo, or logistics industry is mandatory.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Comfortable with 6 days working (Day shift).
Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.
