Job Details

  • Line of Business (LOB): Reach Mobile, Vivint Voice, and Chat Processes

  • Work Mode: Work From Office

  • Position: Customer Success Associate

  • Salary: ₹25K CTC to ₹31K CTC (depending on experience and role)

  • Location: Plot No. 76 A, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122016

  • Working Days: 5 Days Working with Rotational Shifts and Weekly Offs

  • No. of Positions: 65 Agents (15 Reach Mobile + 25 Vivint Voice + 25 Vivint Chat)

  • Hiring Zone: Within 20 KM from Office

Qualifications & Skills

  • Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate (both welcome to apply)

  • Skillset:

    • Excellent communication skills in English

    • Good verbal fluency (essential for voice roles)

    • Troubleshooting experience and basic tech knowledge (preferred for chat roles)

  • Experience:

    • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

    • At least 6 months of international process experience or tech support/troubleshooting is a plus (mandatory for some roles)

  • Handle customer queries efficiently via voice and chat channels

  • Provide excellent customer support with a focus on problem-solving

  • Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
