Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Inbound Voice Process)

Process: Axis Bank

Location: Hitec City, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and address queries related to Axis Bank services.
Provide accurate solutions and step-by-step guidance to banking customers.
Log caller details and interaction notes accurately in the CRM system.
Maintain customer satisfaction and follow basic quality guidelines and etiquette.

Salary & Compensation Details

Salary: Upto 19000 CTC + Travel allowance 2000

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2–3 years of BPO experience.

Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.

Language Requirements: Good English communication skills along with Hindi or Telugu.
