Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, whether it's via phone, email, or chat.
Identify customer needs and help them use specific features like a pro sleuth.
Analyze and report product malfunctions by testing different scenarios or impersonating users.
Keep our internal databases updated with info about technical issues and useful customer conversations.
Monitor customer complaints on social media and swoop in to provide assistance.
Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
Check in with customers to ensure their technical issues are fully resolved.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Rotational shift.
