  • Inform customers about product & services
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls
  • Understand customer's need & solve queries
Issue Resolution: Effectively diagnose and solve customer problems, ranging from technical glitches to billing inquiries, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth understanding of products or services to provide accurate information and guide customers through features and functionalities.

Communication Skills: Clearly and empathetically communicate with customers across various channels (phone, email, chat), actively listening to their concerns and offering understandable solutions.

Customer Education: Proactively educate customers on how to best utilize products, troubleshoot minor issues themselves, and discover new features, empowering them for future success

Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing) to drive continuous improvement in offerings and overall customer experience.
