Job Description

Location: Remote | On Contract: SHEROES

Role Overview:
Provide support to customers. Handle queries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent spoken English (spoken/written), and knowledge of Hindi

  • Strong listening & people skills

  • High empathy and patience

  • Versant Level 5 skill set (with TIN mandatory)

Eligibility:

  • 10+2 pass or graduate

  • Freshers allowed with company approval (preference to experience in Customer Support)

  • Willing to work 24x7 rotational shifts (incl. weekends)

  • 9 hour shift (8 hrs working + one hour break)

Infra Requirement:

  • Personal laptop (Windows preferred), smartphone

  • High-speed internet + backup, Inverter (for power outages)

Training Period: 1 month with Stipend
