This role involves installing software and a printer at the client's place, handling service calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Healthcare. Key Responsibilities:

• Install specialised software and a printer at the client's place

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
