Your Mission as a Product Advisor

As a Product Advisor – Retail, you’ll be the face (and voice) of Shaadi.com to our customers

. Whether over the phone or at one of our walk-in centres, your role is to guide people

through one of the most important journeys of their lives — finding a life partner — and

help them make the most of our premium offerings.

What You’ll Do

• Call prospective customers from provided leads and pitch relevant Shaadi.com

premium services

• Convert free members to paid members by following our proven sales process

• Update call notes, follow-ups, and call outcomes in the system in real time

• Follow up with potential leads and track conversions with persistence and care

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call volumes, talk time & revenue targets

• Handle walk-ins (if assigned) — engage with them, explain features, & convert to

premium

• Maintain all customer interaction records and documentation accurately

• Appear for regular performance check-ins and continue learning & growing

What You’ll Bring

• Strong communication skills (spoken + written) in English + any Indian language
