Job Description:
CloudUnicorn is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join as Pre-Sales Executives (Technology). This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong career in the IT security and cloud domain by combining technical knowledge with customer engagement skills.
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will support the sales team by providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, and solution presentations to customers. You will also undergo extensive training and pursue certifications in leading security and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Technical Presentations & Demos: Deliver effective presentations and live demos of IT security and cloud products to potential clients.
Product Knowledge: Develop hands-on knowledge of security and cloud products such as Palo Alto, Sophos, Trend Micro, ForcePoint, SonicWall, Thales, Google Workspace, Tata Tele Lease Line, and services like VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing).
Certifications: Obtain vendor certifications (with company-provided training support) in key technology areas to enhance credibility and expertise.
Solution Designing: Assist in preparing solution proposals, technical documents, and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and effective customer communication.
Skills & Requirements:
Education: Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields (preferred).
Technical Aptitude: Strong interest in IT security and cloud technologies.
Communication Skills: Good spoken and written English to effectively present to customers.
Presentation Skills: Ability to confidently deliver product pitches and demos.
Certifications: Willingness to learn and achieve vendor certifications in security solutions.
Team Player: Ability to work with both technical and sales teams to meet customer expectations.
Additional Information:
Training Period: 6 months of structured training will be provided.
Stipend: During training, candidates will receive a stipend of ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month (may vary based on performance).
Certifications: Free vendor certifications in leading IT security solutions will be provided.
Salary & Hike: After training, salary will be performance-based with regular hike opportunities.
KPI: Success will be measured by the number of certifications achieved, quality of demos/presentations delivered, and support provided in closing deals.
