Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive with a background in Logistics or Transportation. The role involves rate confirmation and negotiation (with clients, suppliers, transporters), invoice/cost analysis, and ensuring smooth coordination between various internal departments.

Candidates who can join immediately after selection will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Provide timely assistance during rate discussions and finalizations.

  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Billing teams ato ensure seamless workflow.

  • Follow up on pending activities to ensure timely closure.

  • Escalate critical issues to the concerned department without delay.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

  • Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.

  • Finalize transport vehicle rates with clients on priority.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred).

  • Minimum 6months to 1 years of experience in preferably in the logistics/transportation sector.

  • Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to achieve cost optimization.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, excellent analytical and documentation skills with high attention to detail.

  • Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of logistics & the transportation sector.

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with finance, operations, and supply chain teams.
