Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)

📍 Work Location:

Tech Mahindra Ltd., Ohris Towers,

Near Clock Tower, Beside Centenary Baptist Church,

💼 Job Description & Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally with excellent communication skills.

Fluently communicate in Tamil / Malayalam and English.

Maintain exceptional phone etiquette and customer service standards.

Adhere to login hours (10:00 hrs total | 9:00 hrs production) and break schedules.

Ensure punctuality and strict shift adherence.

Stay updated with process knowledge and daily business updates.

Deliver quality service while meeting performance and compliance standards.

🕒 Shift & Work Schedule:

Male Candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts

Female Candidates: Rotational day shifts

Working Days (Post Training): 5 days

Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates are eligible

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

💰 Salary Details:

Language Band Annual CTC Monthly NAPS / NATS Stipend
