Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Rede Technologies to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹20000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

  • Customer calls handling
  • scheduling for engineers
  • feedback calls to customers
  • Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues
