Working Days & Timings: Monday – Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1 paid leave per month)
Job Overview
The Customer Service Executive will act as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring timely responses, issue resolution, and a high standard of customer satisfaction across all interaction channels.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the first point of contact for all client queries via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram
· Maintain a professional and prompt communication tone at all times
· Respond to all client messages within 2 hours during working hours
· Track client issues including out-of-stock items, damaged products, or incorrect deliveries
· Coordinate with relevant internal teams for issue resolution
· Provide timely updates to clients and ensure closure of queries
· Maintain records of client interactions and feedback for internal reference
· Follow up with clients for pending responses and order-related actions
· Request and collect client reviews post-purchase
· Update trackers related to queries, refunds, returns, and feedback
· Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments such as logistics and supply chain
Eligibility Criteria
· Minimum 1 year in customer service role
· Graduated in any stream
· Should have good verbal and written communication in English
· Working knowledge of MS office
