Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for Outbound Telecallers to handle billing-related calls for US clients. The role involves making reminder or follow-up calls regarding pending payments or account-related queries. No product sales involved. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US customers regarding billing/payment reminders

• Record call outcomes and update CRM accurately

• Follow billing scripts and company procedures

• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach on every call

• Achieve daily call targets with quality

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English (neutral or US accent preferred)

• Prior experience in BPO or voice process (preferred but not mandatory)

• Comfortable with night shifts (US time zone)

• Good listening skills and polite communication

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred

• Experience in billing/customer service calls is a plus

• Also preferred freshers with good communication skills
