1️⃣ Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 CTC (₹16,500 in-hand) + ₹2,000 incentives
Qualification: Graduation mandatory
Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support

Role:

Handle inbound customer calls
Resolve queries & maintain call records

Shift: Male – Rotational | Female – Fixed day shift (7 AM–8 PM)
Working Days: 5 days (Rotational offs)
Training: 40–45 days (₹400/day stipend)
Skill: Excellent communication required

2️⃣ Customer Support

Salary: ₹11,300 CTC
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
Experience: Freshers & experienced can apply

Role:

Handle inbound/outbound calls
Resolve customer queries & provide support

Shift: Day shift (Male rotational)
Working Days: 6 days
Skill: Good English communication

3️⃣ Customer Support Executive (Voice – Insurance)

Salary: ₹11,300 CTC
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
Experience: Freshers & experienced can apply

Role:

Handle customer queries
Provide accurate information & quality service

Shift: Day shift (Male rotational)
Working Days: 6 days
Skill: Good English communication required
