Overview:
Py Olliv is expanding its premium yet affordable hospitality ecosystem across India. We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Property Onboarding Executives. This role involves actively reaching out to property owners, conducting meetings, and onboarding hotels/guesthouses to the Py Olliv platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential property owners/landlords via phone calls and direct meetings.
Explain the Py Olliv business model and its benefits to property owners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding.
Ensure all property documentation, agreements, and onboarding formalities are completed in coordination with internal teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Legal, Branding) to ensure a seamless transition of properties into the Py Olliv network.
Track and report daily calls, meetings, and conversion status.
Preferred Experience:
Candidates with prior experience in roles such as Franchise Development Executive, Customer Relationship Executive, Loan Enrolment Officers, Insurance Advisors, or Property Sales Executives are preferred.
Experience in B2B field sales, property acquisitions, real estate onboarding, franchise development, or financial services client onboarding is a strong plus.
Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate well, and build rapport quickly.
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
Proficiency in local language(s) and English
Willingness to travel locally for meetings and property visits
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel for reporting
Qualification:
Graduate in any stream
(Preference to candidates with experience in hospitality, real estate, franchise, or customer relations)
