Job Description: Admin & Support Executive
Role Overview:
The Admin & Support Executive will be responsible for handling administrative operations, student coordination, training support, and CRM management to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle priority tasks related to administration and student support.
Manage new inquiries, walk-ins, and student visits professionally.
Confirm student admissions and ensure Trechto training is initiated on the same day of admission.
Follow up with students for timely payment collection and maintain proper records.
Collect course completion certificates and student reviews/testimonials.
Arrange and coordinate Ma’am’s session every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Collect video and written feedback from students in any language.
Provide training on Trechto CRM and ensure adherence to CRM rules and processes.
Educate staff and students about organizational Do’s and Don’ts.
Ensure proper presentation standards and uniform compliance at all times.
Explain assessment test rules clearly and coordinate assessment handover to the placements team.
Collect feedback from existing, old, and online students through phone calls and face-to-face interactions.
Support placement activities by maintaining accurate student data and assessments.

Work Timings: 1PM to 10PM Mon- Sat
Maintain professionalism and effective communication.
Ensure accuracy in documentation and follow-ups.
Support organizational growth through efficient coordination and student satisfaction.
