Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide customer support for POS / Retail Billing Software
Handle customer queries via Call, Email, WhatsApp & Remote Support
Troubleshoot issues related to billing, inventory, reports, taxation & integrations
Assist in software installation, configuration & reinstallation
Maintain support logs and update daily tasks
Coordinate with technical/development teams for issue resolution
Provide basic training and guidance to customers on software usage
Follow up with clients for timely issue closure and customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Gujarati preferred)
Basic knowledge of Windows OS & Networking
Basic understanding of SQL / Databases (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
