Your role is to provide information about our projects, resolve queries, and ensure a positive experience for everyone associated with our mission.Key Responsibilities● Inbound & Outbound Support: Handle calls and queries from prospective donors and supporters regarding the Trust’s ongoing projects.● Query Resolution: Address concerns related to donation receipts, tax benefits (80G), and project updates with professionalism and empathy.● Donor Relationship Management: Maintain a database of interactions and follow up with donors to build long-term relationships.● Documentation: Accurately log call details and update donor information in the CRM system.● Mission Advocacy: Clearly explain the Trust's impact areas (Education, Health,Nutrition) to inspire continued support.
