Job Overview:

We are looking for energetic and confident Customer Support Executives to join our outbound sales team at our Rungta (R1) Bhilai office. The role involves engaging potential MSME clients over phone calls, explaining our services, and helping them onboard India Advocacy’s compliance solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers (MSMEs, traders, shop owners, startups).

  • Maintain daily call logs, leads, and follow-up details.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales conversion targets.

  • Collaborate with the in-house team for documentation and service activation.

  • Provide excellent customer support and maintain a professional relationship with clients.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Telegu, Malyalam, Bengali or Kannada.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling targets.

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email).

  • Enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated.

  • Prior experience in telesales, BPO, or customer support preferred but not mandatory.


Qualification:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.


Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 09:00 AM – 5:30 PM


Compensation:

  • ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
