Position: Customer Support Advisor

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Experience: 1+ Year (Customer Support / BPO / Call Center preferred)

Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails.
Resolve complaints related to orders, delivery, returns, and products.
Provide accurate information about Lenskart products and services.
Maintain customer records in CRM systems.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Achieve daily/weekly performance targets.
Graduate / Diploma (Minimum).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work in evening shifts.
