Job Description

Position: Customer Support Advisor
Company: Lenskart
Location: Delhi – Mohan Estate Industrial Area
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Experience: 1+ Year (Customer Support / BPO / Call Center preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Description:

  • Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails.

  • Resolve complaints related to orders, delivery, returns, and products.

  • Provide accurate information about Lenskart products and services.

  • Maintain customer records in CRM systems.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

  • Achieve daily/weekly performance targets.


Key Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma (Minimum).

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Basic computer and typing skills.
