We are looking for a Customer Helpdesk Executive in three different languages, i.e, Hindi, English, and Telugu, to join our reputable Client team in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon.
The Candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to customer queries, managing service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
Providing product or service information to customers.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Previous experience in a customer service or helpdesk role is a plus.
Language Known: Hindi or English or Telegu
