Job Description

URGENT Job Opportunity: Support Executive – Mutual Funds Sector

 

📌 Position Details

  • Job Title: Support Executive Mutual Funds Products

  • Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year (insurance/finance sector preferred)

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Salary Range: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000/month + Attractive Incentives

  • Languages: Gujarati & Hindi (Mandatory); English (Preferred)

  • Location: Candidates from nearby locations will be most preferred.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1)      Client Support & New Investments:

·         Assist in preparing and explaining mutual fund investment proposals.

·         Facilitate new investment application submissions and documentation.

·         Support cross-sell and up-sell efforts by preparing personalized investment proposals.

2)      Transaction Processing & Record Keeping:

·         Monitor and follow up on SIP registrations, redemptions, and rejections.

·         Ensure accurate and timely data entry in internal systems (Client Desk, Partner Desk, eWealth).

·         Maintain daily transaction records and generate required reports.

3)      Client Communication:

·         Act as the first point of contact for client queries related to mutual fund services.

·         Coordinate with clients for investment renewals and documentation updates.

·         Share periodic reports and portfolio updates with clients.

4)      Engagement & Support Activities

·         Invite clients to events such as webinars or investment awareness programs.

·         Maintain records of client communication and support history.

· Liaise with internal teams to resolve operational issues.

·        Adhere to IRDAI and AMFI guidelines and internal compliance protocols.

·         Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product understanding.


👤 Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation (college drop-outs after 1st / 02nd or 03rd year).

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer support / back office support with knowledge of Mutual Funds etc.

  • Sector Experience: Insurance/Finance experience is an added advantage

  • Skills required:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Basic computer Literacy (MS Excel, CRM usage)

  • Confident, quick learner, and result-oriented.
