Position Overview

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our manufacturing clients by providing technical and operational support for our software solutions. You will act as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, resolving issues, and helping them maximize the value of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·        Assist clients with the onboarding and implementation of manufacturing software solutions.

· Provide real-time support and guidance to resolve customer queries effectively.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

· Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to help clients understand product features.

· Collect customer feedback and provide insights for product improvement.

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities.

Qualifications and Skills

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and software solutions.

· Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

· Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
