We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join the Paytm Service Team. The role involves assisting customers and merchants with queries, providing solutions, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining high service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer/merchant queries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Provide accurate information regarding Paytm products, services, and processes.
Resolve transaction issues, refunds, KYC, wallet, UPI, or merchant-related concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Educate customers and merchants on new features, promotions, and best practices.
Maintain service records and update CRM systems regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly service targets and adhere to quality guidelines.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when required.
Contribute to a positive customer experience by being polite, patient, and solution-oriented.
