We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Omsguru Solutions Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Software & IT Services. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand OMSGuru platform and it’s functioning thoroughly
Support our existing clients via Chat, Phone, Email & Tickets.
Help onboard new clients onto our system
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email
Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance
Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits
Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions they may have.
Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
