Customer Support Executive

This is a role for control team executive who is well versed with any transport management applications such as Routematic/ Moveinsync etc and comes from a background of monitoring, process adherence and reporting experience. Work in shifts 6 a.m to 3 p.m first shift / 2 p.m to 11 p.m second shift.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring day to day operations of site

   1. Vehicle Tracking and Incident Communication to Management, Client & commuters/ guardians 

2. Real-time system updates

   1. driver/ attender/ vehicle change

   2. Any changes/modification to routes/ child/ commuter using transport

3. Regular System Updates

   1. Trip Scheduling

   2. New Employee/ Vehicle induction (including GPS, & Camera)

   3. Upkeep of vehicle (including GPS, & Camera) & employee statutory

4. Reporting & Analysis

   1. Log in - Log out reports

   2. Attendance reports

   3. Breakdown reports

   4. Mileage reports

   5. Diesel filling reports

   6. Maintenance Escalations

   7. Checklist

   8. Verification of Trips undertaken by Drivers

   9. Ground team performance report
