Role Objective

We are looking for a smart, well spoken person who is passionate about understanding and solving customer problems and eager to learn and grow. The incumbent will be responsible to ensure timely order fulfillment of all orders placed through moglix.com and in process of fulfillment takes help of multiple stake holder to ensure time dispatch.

Role Responsibilities

 Providing customer escalation resolution within specified TAT

 Planning on a daily activity and improve the customer experience.

 Demonstrate excellent internal and external communication.

 Work closely with stakeholders (category and supply chain teams) to ensure End to End process completion within the timeframe.
