We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be the voice of Mine Galleria for our customers. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and strengthening relationships to drive repeat business. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Assist customers with product details, order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
Follow up with customers after service/issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM tools.
Provide guidance on product features, semi-precious stone benefits, and gifting options.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and marketing teams to resolve customer concerns.
Collect feedback and share insights to improve customer experience.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and brand representation in every interaction.
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English – both written and verbal).
Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability.
Patience, empathy, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce processes (order, shipping, returns).
Comfortable using Excel, email, and WhatsApp business.
Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
