Hiring : Customer Support Executive (Voice / Chat / Non-Voice)

Location : Gurgaon / Noida

Role Overview :

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for leading BPO processes including International Voice, Chat Support, Non-Voice (Email/Chat), and Back Office Operations.

Eligibility Criteria :

Education: Graduate (mandatory for most roles)
(Undergraduates considered for selected processes)
Experience:
- Freshers can apply (selected roles)
- 6 months – 1 year experience preferred
- International process experience required for premium roles
Skills:
- Excellent English communication
- Typing speed: 25–35 WPM (for chat roles)
- Customer handling & problem-solving skills

SVAR / Versant / Voice & Accent Round
Typing Test (if applicable)
Operations Round

Salary & Benefits :

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹38,000 (based on role & experience)
CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
Hike: Up to 30–40% on last salary
Incentives: ₹1,000 – ₹2,500
