Job Description: Customer Support Executive
Experience: 1-3 Years
Location: Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Care Executive (Female) who can do more than just pick up calls -
someone who can turn every conversation into an opportunity to build relationships and drive
results. Whether it’s a farmer seeking reliable solutions or a distributor exploring new possibilities,
you’ll be the friendly voice of Mecwin that makes their journey smoother.
This role includes inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, handling customer queries, addressing
complaints, and assisting in lead conversions. If you’re a patient listener, a confident
communicator, and a natural at turning conversations into sales, we’d love to have you on our
team!
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp queries from farmers, distributors, and customers
regarding Mecwin’s solar pump products and services.
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, nurture customer interest, and drive
conversions.
Address and resolve customer queries and complaints with empathy, professionalism,
and care.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and distributor programs.
Record and organize customer details, call logs, and lead data in Excel or CRM (training
provided).
Support the sales and distributor team by sharing qualified leads and insights.
Prepare daily activity reports to track calls, follow-ups, and leads status.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or telesales.
Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
Ability to listen patiently, solve problems, and handle objections with confidence.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Preferred Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Prior experience in a product-based or sales-driven environment.

Salary: Competitive Package
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9AM to 6PM
