Responsibilities:

·         Handle voice & non-voice customer queries with professionalism.

·         Provide effective support in Malayalam / Kannada for voice process.

·         Assist customers with account-related issues, memberships, and service queries.

·         Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

·         Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly.

Requirements:

·         Education: Graduate (any discipline).

·         Languages:

o    Voice Process → Malayalam / Kannada (fluency required).

o    Non-Voice → Basic English (reading/writing).

·         Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
