Job Role & Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls related to Bisleri products and services.Address queries regarding orders, deliveries, product details, and service requests.Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments.Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Update customer interaction records in the CRM system accurately.Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.Provide support via phone, email, and chat (if required).Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for quality and productivity.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduates preferred.0–4 years of experience in customer service (FMCG or call center background preferred).Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.Strong problem-solving skills and patience in dealing with customer issues.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Working Days & Timings:6 days working (Sunday fixed weekoff)Shift Timing: Day Shift (8AM – 8PM) – 9 Hours WindowSalary & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience (INR 12,000 – 18,000/month CTC approx.)Opportunity to work with a leading brandInternal career growth opportunities
