Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team at Manohar Filaments, Kundli. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong coordination ability, and a customer-centric mindset to support clients and internal teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and communication through email and phone.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Sales, Logistics, Merchandising) to ensure timely order updates.

  • Maintain customer order records and update status sheets.

  • Manage order confirmations, dispatch schedules, and documentation.

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare MIS reports, daily updates, and client communication summaries.

  • Support sales team with quotations, sample dispatches, and client requirements.

  • Ensure smooth end-to-end customer handling from inquiry to dispatch.
