• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.

• Guide customers through basic troubleshooting or escalation procedures.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately.

• Follow up to ensure full resolution of issues.

• Provide feedback to internal teams to improve services and products.

• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer support or similar role is a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (HINDI languages THORA BHUT ENGLISH).

• A team player with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
