Magnum Group is hiring enthusiastic candidates for the position of Customer Support Executive (Voice & Chat Process). The role includes handling customer queries through calls and chats, providing accurate information, and delivering a high-quality customer service experience.
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and chat queries professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with a problem-solving approach.
Log all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide appropriate and timely resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Meet performance metrics like customer satisfaction, resolution rate, and handle time.
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Post-Graduate (All can apply)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both eligible
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage customer concerns calmly and professionally.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
