Job Description

Magnum Group is hiring enthusiastic candidates for the position of Customer Support Executive (Voice & Chat Process). The role includes handling customer queries through calls and chats, providing accurate information, and delivering a high-quality customer service experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and chat queries professionally.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with a problem-solving approach.

  • Log all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Provide appropriate and timely resolutions.

  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

  • Meet performance metrics like customer satisfaction, resolution rate, and handle time.


Requirements

  • Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Post-Graduate (All can apply)

  • Experience: Freshers & Experienced both eligible

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage customer concerns calmly and professionally.

  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
