💼 Job Role:

Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns

Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Record customer interactions in the system

Follow company guidelines and quality standards

🔄 Multiple Processes Available:

Voice Process (Inbound/Outbound)

Non-Voice Process (Chat/Email)

Blended Process

💰 Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience & process)

Performance incentives available

🎓 Eligibility:

Age criteria = 18 to 35

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

Good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge

Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply

⏰ Shift:

Day & Rotational shifts available
