Salary

  • Freshers: ₹13,000 + ₹1,000 Incentive (In-Hand)

  • Experienced: ₹14,000 + ₹1,000 Incentive (In-Hand)

  • Night Shift Allowance

  • Performance-based salary hike after 6 months and 1 year

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently with a solution-oriented approach.

  • Record customer interactions and maintain accurate support logs.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering quality support.

  • Meet defined performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Work Schedule
