Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Handle Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives to meet their needs.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively support customers.
4. Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and concise communication.
5. Documentation: Document customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and feedback.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
2. Experience: Experienced or freshers can apply.
3. Skills:
- Regional language proficiency.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Basic Hindi Proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month.
