Job Responsibilities: • Handle customer queries through voice support. • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns. • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction. • Record and update customer interactions in the system. • Follow company guidelines and quality standards while handling calls.
Eligibility Criteria: • Good communication skills in English and the respective regional language. • Strong reading, writing, and comprehension abilities. • Basic computer knowledge. • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. • Immediate joiners are preferred.
Work Schedule: • 6 Days Working • 1 Weekly Off • After successful completion of 3 months, employees will receive 2 Weekly Offs.
