Customer Support Associate – Blended Process

Job Details

  • Role: Customer Support Associate (Blended Process)

  • Location: Bengaluru – Ecospace, Bellandur

  • Employment Type: Permanent

  • Work Schedule: 5 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions through email, chat, and voice support channels.

  • Manage and process customer requests through CRM platforms and assigned queues.

  • Review, prioritize, and assign incoming customer cases based on issue category and urgency.

  • Provide timely acknowledgment and updates to customers regarding their cases.

  • Deliver application support by creating support tickets, performing initial troubleshooting, documenting issues, and escalating when required.

  • Adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), productivity standards, and quality benchmarks.

  • Perform database searches and maintain accurate customer records.

  • Develop a strong understanding of products, services, and support processes.

  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while resolving customer concerns.

  • Collaborate with team leads and management regarding incidents, escalations, and service improvements.

  • Document incident notes, prepare reports, and ensure issues are resolved effectively.

  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
