Customer Support Executive – Domestic BPO (Voice/Blended Process)
Eligibility:
• Undergraduate or Graduate
• Freshers & up to 6 months experience can apply
• Good Hindi & basic English communication skills (Versant preferred)
Salary:
• ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 in hand (based on education, experience & assessment)
Shift:
• Rotational shifts between 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM
• Day shifts also available Day Shift for Female Employees (process-dependent)
Job Role:
Handle customer interactions via calls and chat, assist with service-related queries, and support customers with product/service information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions
• Resolve queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Note:
• Multiple processes available (voice & blended)
