Job Role: Customer Support Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Candidate will be Handle Request, Queries and Complain through Inbound and outbound.
•Empathy towards the customer
•Problem Solving Skills
• Good communication skills in English.
• Clear pronunciation (No MTI errors).
Qualification :
• Minimum Education: 12th Pass.
Shifts: For male any 9 Hours shift from 9 AM to 12 AM.
For Female any 9 Hours shift from 6 AM to 8 PM.
Salary: Hin+Guj -15,000/- ctc and in-hand 13000/-
Marathi process- 17,500/- ctc and in-hand 15,500/-
Good English: 20,000/- ctc and in-hand16,800/-
