A Customer Support Executive is responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, providing accurate information about products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications through calls, emails, chat, or social media.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Good listening skills and customer-oriented approach
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or graduation (preferred)
