· Process Type – Outbound calls selling Insurance

· Skills required – Required minimum 6 months of exp in sales process.

· Shift - Rotational week off, 9am to 9pm window any 9 hours shift, female shift ends at 7pm.

· Language – Malayalam

Relationship Manager – RM

· Process Type – Outbound calls to existing customers to inform them about the benefits and features available to them. Please note, this is not hard core sales role but rather a relationship- building process.

· Skills required – A minimum 1 year experience in the Insurance industry is mandatory, not necessarily in sales. Experience in relationship management, customer service, sales or renewals of Insurance is acceptable

· Shifts – Rotational week off, 9am to 9pm window any 9 hours shift, female shift ends at 7pm.

· Language Bifurcation requirement – Hindi - 100, Bengali – 25 ,Marathi – 25, Telugu – 50, Tamil – 25
