Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at KLW Foods And Beverages Private Limited to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to FMCG. Manage campaign/data records, and convert potential leads into long-term clients. The ideal candidate will act as the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth customer communication, accurate data management, and backend support. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

• Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

• Meet performance targets and work with other departments to manage complex issues.

• Build trust and relationships with potential clients and convert leads into customers.

• Manage orders and maintain accurate client data, including campaign leads, follow-ups, and reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and customer interactions.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift. Experience in customer support, inside sales, or backend support roles. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. A customer-first attitude with problem-solving abilities.
