Customer Support Executive

Job Description:

• Calling customers for undelivered orders.

• Resolving customer queries via E-mail.

• Record customer requests, cancellation and future requested date deliveries.

• Maintain all orders and their status.

• Maintain record of refunds to be processed after thorough investigation against orders.

• Coordinate with respective location incharges/managers for smooth deliveries of Haleem on a daily basis.

• Monitoring pending and cancelled orders in Mart jack and notify accordingly to customer.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
