Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive IT Software Support Executive to provide technical support for Tally ERP/TallyPrime and Cloud-based solutions. The candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, data support, and assisting clients in smooth usage of Tally on desktop and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for TallyPrime, Tally ERP, and Tally on Cloud via phone, email, remote, or on-site.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Tally software and related add-ons/TDLs.
Handle data migration, backup, restore, and synchronization issues.
Support clients for Tally license, TSS renewal, and multi-user configurations.
Assist in cloud setup (AWS/Cloud server), user creation, and access management.
Resolve performance issues related to Tally on local server and cloud.
Coordinate with internal technical/development team for customization and bug fixes.
Provide basic training and guidance to users on Tally features and reports.
Maintain support tickets and update status regularly.
Ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of TallyPrime/Tally ERP.
Basic understanding of cloud servers, RDP, and networking.
Knowledge of Windows OS, remote tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.).
Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
Qualification:
BCA / B.Tech / Diploma in IT / Computer or Commerce background with Tally knowledge.
0–3 years experience in Tally or software support (freshers with Tally knowledge can apply).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Tally on Cloud / AWS support.
Knowledge of TDL customization support.
Experience in ERP or accounting software support.
